Data is used solely for project execution, invoicing in AU dollars, and logistics. Technical files are stored for 12 months for re-order convenience unless deletion is requested.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard encryption for digital files. Physical hardware provided for repair is stored in a secure, monitored environment.

4. Rights and Disclosure

In accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), you may access or correct your data at any time. We do not sell data to third parties; sharing is limited to logistics partners and legal requirements.
